The “MaerzMusik” festival takes place from 21 to 30 March. Multidisciplinary projects and concerts can be experienced over 10 days, including the composition POETICA by Akademie member Chaya Czernowin, which explores the nature of percussive sounds.
POETICA reflects our inescapably complex reality – a sonic journey that centres around the emergence of breath, the very essence of living. The work becomes an invitation to move deeper into the heart of percussion sound and find its continuity.
