Tickets

Tickets for our events, exhibitions and guided tours are available through the Webshop.

Tickets are also available at the box offices in the Akademie buildings at Pariser Platz 4 and Hanseatenweg 10, daily between 10 am and 8 pm. Please be advised that a box office fee of 1.00 Euro will be charged on the regular ticket price. You can save this fee by purchasing tickets in the Akademie's webshop. Reduced-price tickets and free tickets are also still available free of charge.

Ticket sales are carried out with ticket software of CTS Eventim AG. Tickets for select special events are also available for purchase at all the usual advance sale ticket locations.

Reservations

Reservations are no longer possible from May 2025. Please buy your tickets in the webshop or directly at our box offices.

Prices

Information on the general price structure for events and exhibitions at the Akademie der Künste are available in the Akademie der Künste Price Table (PDF).

Disabled people and their accompanying attendant (according authorization is needed) receive free admission to events and exhibitions.

Please note: Reduced-price tickets are valid only in combination with identification (ID card) or other documentation entitling the holder to the discount. If proof of eligibility cannot be provided, the balance between the reduced price and the full ticket price will have to be paid.

Payment Options

You can pay with the following payment options in the Webshop: VISA or Mastercard.

Usage of payment card data at the Akademie der Künste (PDF)

At our box offices, payment can be made by Girocard (formerly EC card) and all major credit cards, Google and Apple Pay, as well as in cash.

Ticket Refund

• Tickets for events that had to be cancelled lose their validity.
• Tickets purchased at the Akademie der Künste buildings can only be refunded there. Please contact ticket@adk.de with your tickets and the filled out refund form.
• Refunds for tickets purchased through the webshop will be credited to the payment medium used. Please contact ticket@adk.de with your tickets.
• If you purchased tickets via eventim.de or at theatre box offices, please contact these offices directly for refund.
