This summer's edition of the “sample& hold” concert series focuses on the two pioneers of electronic music Suzanne Ciani and Else Marie Pade. Students from the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin and the Berlin University of the Arts reinterpret two of their works on a 16-channel loudspeaker orchestra. Dustin Zorn performs a new version of John Chowning’s landmark computer music Stria (1977).
