On the occasion of Wolfgang Hilbig’s 80th birthday and 14 years after his death, S. Fischer Verlag has completed its edition of his essays, speeches and interviews. Akademie members Katja Lange-Müller, Ingo Schulze and Lutz Seiler, editor Jürgen Hosemann and Wilhelm Bartsch, author of the epilogue, will pay tribute to the author whose eloquent and linguistically elegant texts are unique in post-1945 German literature. Hilbig biographer Michael Opitz will host the event. In cooperation with the S. Fischer Foundation.
