Frank Baumann
Frank Baumann (born in 1967 in Düsseldorf), cultural manager. 1990 to 1992, trained as a book dealer in Düsseldorf. 1993 to 1996, studied library science at FU Berlin. Masters in Library and Information Science. Since 1999, at the Goethe Institut in various positions and countries. From 2011 to 2016, Baumann was the director of the Goethe- Institut in Minsk, Belarus; since March 2017, he has been the director of the Goethe-Institut in Belgrade, Serbia.
