Boris Baltschun
Boris Baltschun is a musician and artist based in Berlin. Born in Bremen in 1974, he started playing piano as a child, then played in various bands and ensembles and started to compose as a teenager. Later he went on to study Sonology at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. In the last 20 years he has been developing his own projects between (sound) performance, installation and radio. Notably he has collaborated with Serge Baghdassarians since 1999 with whom he has performed and exhibited around the world. Most recently they participated in documenta14 and realized an installation for Donaueschinger Musiktage.
