Beata Hock
Beata Hock (geb. in Nyíregyháza, Ungarn) 1998–2002 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an Artpool Kunstforschungszentrum, Budapest. Seit 2011 Senior Researcher am Leibnitz Instituts für Geschichte und Kultur des östlichen Europas, Leipzig (GWZO). Her areas of research and teaching include East-Central European art history, feminist cultural theory, and the cultural dimensions of the global Cold War. Publikationen u.a.: Gendered Creative Options and Social Voices (Stuttgart, 2013). Doing culture under state-socialism (Comparativ-Heft 2014/4), Kurator u.a. Left Performance Histories (NGbK Berlin 2018).
